Avril Lavigne got a boob job?
Looks like when she's not ripping off other people's music, she's getting her boobs done. It's kind of creepy though...isn't she too young for a boob job? At her age she should be chasing butterflies, setting up lemonade stands and hosting tea parties. At least that what I did when I was pretending to be a 14 year old girl.....uh...yesterday.....

Well, if she did get one she hired a very talented plastic surgeon and definitely got her money's worth.
I'm not a fan of boob jobs, but if they're nicely done, i.e. don't look as if they're sitting in your neck and stretching your skin to the point of ripping it, then I can't find anything to really make fun of it.
They're real. Did no one see the paparazzi pics of her on the beach in the black bikini with the cowby hat on a few years back? They haven't changed. She really is that hot.
